Return / Exchange Policy
Please note that all products shipped to customers have passed Quality Control process.
You have up to 7 days from reception of your order to return your item for another size or request a refund in store credit form by post:
COVID-19 Safety Measures
In order to reduce the risks of COVID-19 virus to spread, we are taking these safety measures;
- All items to be returned need to be dry cleaned at your nearest cleaning & laundry centres.
- Please attach the receipt of the dry cleaning service of the items together in the return parcel.
*our warehouse team will not proceed with the exchange procedures if there is no receipt attached.
** customers will bare the cost of the dry-cleaning procedure.
Prepare your parcel
Pack the items securely with tags intact on the garment, in the original packaging if possible. You must state on a note whether you want to change the size or colour, or there is any defects on the items.
Shipping cost will be borne by customers.
Attach the returns label in a visible area on the parcel

Our Sales Assistant will inform you once we have received the parcel and your order will be processed within three (3) – five (5) working days after the arrival date.
Please note that we will not proceed with cash refund. Customers will receive store credit (voucher code) for all exchanged/returned items.
