In order to reduce the risks of COVID-19 virus to spread, we are taking these safety measures;

  • All items to be returned need to be dry cleaned at your nearest cleaning & laundry centres.
  • Please attach the receipt of the dry cleaning service¬†of the items together in the return parcel.

*our warehouse team will not proceed with the exchange procedures if there is no receipt attached.

** customers will bare the cost of the dry-cleaning procedure.


Prepare your parcel
Pack the items securely with tags intact on the garment, in the original packaging if possible. You must state on a note whether you want to change the size or colour, or there is any defects on the items.

Shipping cost will be borne by customers.

Our Sales Assistant will inform you once we have received the parcel and your order will be processed within three (3) ‚Äď five (5) working days after the arrival date.

Please note that we will not proceed with cash refund. Customers will receive store credit (voucher code) for all exchanged/returned items.
